Stanza interview questions

Contact took weeks. Once established, I came in for multiple onsite interviews that took up quite a few of my days. This played out over two months. The job title changed multiple times during this process. Once I finally met with the CEO, all communication was lost on their side. I could understand something like this if you did a small interview, but after spending a lot of my time working on this, I found it inconsiderate to not get a response back. After emailing 4 times over two weeks, I finally got a response back saying the position had changed (again) and she didn’t have an answer for me. The lady I was in contact with was lovely and the team seemed great, however I wish leadership wouldn’t waste candidate’s time and at least have the decency to let them know they will not be considered for the position. I’ve experienced many onsite interviews and never had an unprofessional experience like this.

The interview process was smooth and transparent throughout its entirety. After an initial phone conversation with the internal recruiter, I then interviewed with the CEO. From there it was an on-site half day loop where I met with the senior leadership team as well as sales/operations folks. Final step before offer was an interview with an advisor/investor. Timelines were appropriate throughout the process. Once the offer was presented, our negotiations were again collaborative and transparent as we settled on final deal terms in just a few days. Overall, everyone I interviewed with was courteous, professional and obviously quite passionate about what they did for the company.
