Recruiter screened me and moved to next step with an on-site interview. Interviewed with HR and management. HR and some of the management team was welcoming and professional, a few decent questions asked, but I was not impressed with the atmosphere or the facilities. Some of the management team seemed to be lacking leadership skills and employees I came in contact with seemed bitter. My overall impression was that they do not care to invest in their people. For a company that manufactures food, they should be ashamed of themselves. I removed myself from consideration and should have listened to what I have heard about their bad reputation and high turnover.
