Interview
I had back to back interviews on the same day over Microsoft teams. Both interviews were with two Stellantis employees (3 of them were in the CIE program). The interview was set up with 3-5 questions after a "tell us about yourself" portion to start. Highly recommend using the STAR format to answer your questions.

Interview
Applied to CIE Program in the careers site, then I received an interview invitation with two engineers who were participants of the CIE as well. All process took about 1 month. I had a previous internship and a coop with Stellantis, so I didn't have to pass through the screening process.

Interview
Consisted of an interview with a current member of the CIE program and a Project Engineer on F150 RAM team. Questions were mainly behavioral, and elaboration on project experiences from resume. This portion was fine, and the questions were normal for this type of role.
They signaled that they wanted to continue the application/interview process, then left me with no response. Engineer on interviewing team did NOT respond to further emails regarding the status of the role.
