      Process Engineer Interview

      Nov 5, 2013
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stemco in Aug 2013

      Interview

i came across this position on ASQ website and sent an e-mail to the person mentioned on the ASQ website. First interview on phone lasted for 2 hours mostly covering my background and resume. Second was onsite in longview, TX. The whole interview started on wrong note.. it was a lunch time with three persons all quite and looked uninterested from the start. Then, panel interview which was more of formal discussion. They are very demanding and listen very less to ur answers they just want to hear what they have in mind.. interview was not progressive at all
