Sterling Publishing interview questions

I interviewed with three different people in two different sittings on the same day. They asked very relevant questions and were very friendly. They explained what they were looking for clearly and we discussed transferable skills together. It felt less like an interview than both sides making sure there was a match.

Met with HR first for a refreshingly honest description of the position ("more assistant than editorial" is usually the case, but it's not always said outright). Continued to 2 further interviews with the whole team, and the staff seems friendly and very motivated.
