After sending my CV and cover letter, I had one informal interview with a recruiter. After a few days, they contacted me to let me know that they decided to move forward with other candidates and give me a $50 discount for stickers. Since I thought the interview went quite well, I asked for additional feedback to improve. The reply was an email ignoring my questions and thanking me again for my time and reminding me about the $50. After reading the other reviews, I'm quite sure they are still running this as some shady way to increase brand awareness.

After completing the tasks I got a rejection email with 50 USD coupon. I was really surprised about failing the test so came here to check other people's experience. They are definitely running a scam and selling data. If anyone is reading this I'll suggest you to save your time and apply somewhere else.
