2 rounds, one phone interview, one on-site interview. Phone easy, about the company and the role mainly. Second hard, more personality in depth questions, then tests like "write to a client".
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stoltd Partner (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2023
Interview
1st interview online in French with office manager & director, lots of talking and explaining on their part and very little on mine. 2d interview in office in English with office manager and senior assistant, lot more formal and with the usual questions. Exceptionally for my post, a 3rd interview with the partner company manager (not very formal either) Process was very fast, it took a week. I had to ask for my contract after 3 days of work already done though, everyone is always too busy in upper management.
