Interview
I got a call from online recruitment portal. Recruiter reached out to me and explained about the position and scheduled me for next round of interview.
1st round was technical video interview with 2 people in panel. No one introduced and joined with cam off.
They were not interested in listening to answers and interrupted in between every answer to cut you off. They had poor logic and less ability to understand and were not able to even understand the processes.
Technical questions were okay but they were not interested in answers rather they wanted to show discontent in everything.
One of the worst interview panel I ever met.
1st round hirevue, 2nd round hackerrank, 3rd round behavioral, 4th round team fit / behavioral. It was overall not a terrible process, I got a better offer at another company so I took it.
there was an online test on hackerrank followed by technical interview followed by hr round or fitment round and then offer letters were given on the same day itself only
There was two stages of recruitment process. The first call was with manager and the second with team leaders. Technical interview was pretty average with questions from backend and frontend.
