Interview
I was directly contacted by a recruiter from StoneX. After a screening call, it took another 2 weeks to schedule a technical interview. However, the interview was rescheduled almost a day before the call.
The interview lasted 2 hours and covered topics related to SQL Server and C#. It included a coding challenge to build a JSON parser. Following the interview, I reached out to StoneX, but unfortunately, they never responded.
During the technical interview, the second interviewer took a break and when he joined back, he was chewing his lunch for a couple of more minutes on a call. It's disappointing and disrespectful to have my time disregarded in this manner, especially when the recruiter communicated purely throughout the process

Interview
It’s a flag, please be careful. Process was quick , all interviews happened within a week. Only to know that, they are not hiring but just want to waste your time. Please be aware, do not waste your time by giving interview here. After all the rounds, you will receive an email from HR that says role is not suitable. Seriously, wouldn’t they know that before screening the profile? do not waste your time here. Very unprofessional behaviour. One can only imagine how company culture is.
