Storey Publishing interview questions

Took about 3 weeks for them to respond to my email application. Had a 30 minute phone interview, was told second round of interviews would happen the following week. I sent a thank you email, and followed up two weeks later. They essentially ghosted me and I never heard from them again. It would have been the decent thing to do to tell me that they would not be moving me forward in the process. Instead, I was left wondering if/when I would ever hear from them again. (I never did and the job posting has since come down so I assume they chose someone else). Very poor behaviour.
