      Office Assistant Interview

      May 12, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stork Craft

      Interview

I had applied for the position and was called the next day. I should have realized how unorganized the manager would turn out to be when he thought that I had applied for the position at least a week prior. Coming into the office, I was ignored by the Assistant Manager at the time, who I found out only after being hired, was the wife of the Manager. My interview was mainly him talking at me about the position. I wasn't asked any questions about my experience until the supervisor from Corporate conducted a secondary interview with me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I had prior experience in this field so no answer was difficult. The only thing that was unexpected was the manager telling me "I shouldn't be telling you this" and then would continue to tell me things he really probably shouldn't have.
