This was a multi stage process with a written task included. I met with the managing partner and a number of different members of the team before accepting the role.

I had three interviews- one with HR, one with HR and Partner (with a scenario question given just before the interview) and then final interview with a Managing Partner. I enjoyed all of the interviews, I was made to feel at ease, the interviewers were friendly and it meant I had the opportunity to be myself.
