Many of our job candidates are unable to get a complete picture of our workforce and culture in the brief time they are in our office for an interview. More than two-thirds of our team is actively engaged in fieldwork, serving our valued customers daily. As with many organizations, we value a diverse workforce and understand the value it can bring to both our operations and customer experience.
We openly acknowledge that our current workforce has a 46% diversity representation. We take immense pride in our strides in various diversity categories and the positive impact these efforts have had and we remain committed to continued improvement in this area.
