First I sent three of my clips to the supervisor and once they were okay'd I was asked to develop three different pitches. The supervisor selected one and gave me about a week to write a 1000 word article about. After I submitted that I got the position.

I wrote an article on any topic of my choice. All engagement was done through e-mail. It was a simple process and they were great at communicating in a timely manner.
