Confused and vague process. The interviewer showed no interest and was going through the motions. Dreadful recruitment process designed to make candidates anxious. The interview took weeks to be confirmed.

Asked about my previous experience and discussed salary expectations. They gave me a paper to write within a week on a topic that they chose. They also gave me a guidance pdf for the format and style of the article I needed to do.
