Stuff (New Zealand) interview questions

Initial Phone call from manager followed by in person interview with manager and head of. Tasked with coming up with new campaign ideas but no presentation / physical task needed.

Interviewing manager was extremely relaxed in the interview (positive to a degree), but completely lacked common courtesy. I was advised I would hear back by the end of the following week, yet two and a half weeks after my interview I had heard nothing so contacted the guy myself. No apologies, just a thanks but no thanks reply. For a company who is all about communications, this manager failed miserably at that. Would not apply for another role with this company after that experience.
