Interviewing manager was extremely relaxed in the interview (positive to a degree), but completely lacked common courtesy.
I was advised I would hear back by the end of the following week, yet two and a half weeks after my interview I had heard nothing so contacted the guy myself. No apologies, just a thanks but no thanks reply.
For a company who is all about communications, this manager failed miserably at that.
Would not apply for another role with this company after that experience.
