Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It felt more like a chat rather than an interview. They like to get to know you as a person and ask why you would like to volunteer.
I was advised to go in to apply. The advert for volunteering at the Shop was straightforward.
I met the Manageress as I could start on the weekend. I found the process easy and friendly.
Very good, very accessible, and very successful. The interview was an informal chat about why I'd like to volunteer for Sue Ryder. The interviewer was really pleasant and I enjoyed the whole process.
