Suffolk University interview questions

I had the opportunity to work as a Graduate Fellow at Suffolk University, and it was an extremely rewarding experience. The role provided me with valuable hands-on experience and allowed me to develop both my professional and interpersonal skills in a meaningful way. I appreciated the supportive and collaborative environment, which encouraged growth, learning, and initiative. The position also gave me the chance to contribute in a way that felt impactful while working alongside a team that was both welcoming and dedicated. Overall, the role strengthened my confidence and skills, and I am grateful for the experience and professional development it provided.

I went through a lengthy interview process for a senior role in the advancement office - three rounds of in-person interviews including a group interview with potential reports. What was disheartening was that after all of that effort, Suffolk University did not have the courtesy to let me know that I was not selected for the position - not even a form email. Ghosting is unprofessional and unbecoming, especially in a people-focused area such as development. Not impressed.
