I was informed that the whole process would take around 3 weeks. Instead, it ended up taking around 3 months, and interviews were frequently re-scheduled or had to be put off. Even then, not everyone that was supposed to be interviewing would be present. I was asked nearly the exact same questions in every phase of the interview process. Overall, there were 5 sets of interviews. It was way more tedious than need be. The reason they gave me for not hiring me ended up being something that they could have determined from the initial interview. Also, during my final interview, I was told I would be contacted in 3 days. There was no contact. I even e-mailed to follow up with said person, but heard nothing until a different person called me a week later to tell me I didn't get the job. I never did hear back from that final interview individual, which I find to be extremely rude and unprofessional.

Received an email to interview 6 months AFTER I applied for the position. The recruiter did not confirm or follow up when I gave my availability. I was also asked to complete 3 assessments. Seems very disorganized, maybe I’ll hear back in another 6 months.
