A phone call and one morning in the office which included several in person interviews with peers, my future manager and a future direct report. It was pretty efficient and pleasant.

Phone Screen by the President. Interviewer was rude and cut me off multiple times. Recruiting process is formal and brusque. No follow up, not even a standard decline. Tip to employer: It is a candidate's market, if you don't treat candidates respectfully, you won't recruit strong talent.
