I applied online and then was asked to have a phone interview with their recruiter. The phone interview lasted about 25 minutes. Within a week I was scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted about an hour and 37 minutes and it was conducted by two of the department managers. I was asked to come back for a second interview the following week. This interview was almost identical to the first interview, except it was only about an hour long. I met with 2 different managers for my second interview.
