I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Sun-Maid (Fresno, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I went through a temp agency so they just called me and told me to show up at a certain time and i made sure i was there i fill out everything they needed ahead of time
The interview process was not as structured as I originally expected. The panel was not clear on the questions asked and the questions were very repetitive. The setting was in a small conference room and I had interviewers sitting on both sides of me versus sitting across from me. They didn't ask for my feedback after the interview.
