Suncrest Solar interview questions

Was called to see my interested and the move to a 1:1 interview that was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary, interviewers were nice and calm, they question my resume and asked why i was applying for the position. then i got another interview for another position and ended up taking the second option. Didnt discuss about compensation

My manager from the previous summer referred me to the current manager. My interview consisted of one phone call in which the offer was extended. I was recruited based on my results from a similar job the previous summer and already knew going into the phone call that I could have the job if I wanted it.
