I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sundt (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2010
Interview
Operations manager was nice, but very business like. Not a particularly difficult interview. One interview to get an internship. One more to get an offer of full time employment. Straight forward questions more or less to get a feel for the kind of person you are. Technical skills were less important than attitude, motivation, and leadership qualities. People were friendly and professional. Looking for people who are not afraid of challanges and working hard. Send resume and cover letter directly to the operations manager. Do not waste your time contacting HR.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sundt (Idaho Falls, ID) in Nov 2021
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter over the phone. Never disclosed salary. Implied I’d be working >60 hrs a week (on salary) with no overtime pay. Not interested in my qualifications and basically talked me out of the position.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Sundt (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Dry and to the point. They have a chart and rate you based off your responses. You interview with two people then you if they like you invite you to the office where you interview with the Vp

Question 1
What makes you different from the rest of the applicants and why
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sundt in Oct 2017
Interview
Easy phone interview. More to screen the bad than find the good. It was a bit difficult to get the first (and only) phone interview. No site visit required as it was an intern position.
