You are sat down with 2 high ups in administration. You are asked numerous questions, and offered many different things like a specific schedule, or sponsorships for school. Takes about 30 minutes. The only reason you are with 2 people is for witness verification. (Which should say enough...you shouldn't have to have a witness for an interview.)
