Question 1
Can you explain a time that you showed resilience to challenges?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Supercritical (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Terrible. Poor organisation and communication. An unnecessarily drawn-out process where you needed to impress multiple people, and very little focus on your skills and experience that you would apply to the actual job itself. The HR people manager was even fired halfway through the process to add even more confusion to the mix. In the end, after 2 months and 8 different conversations, I had to give an ultimatum on them delivering a decision. Even though they wanted me to progress to the next round, suddenly they didn't want to proceed, citing bizarre reasons that were not brought up before. Apparently, I wasn't a "team player". Bullet dodged luckily.
