Supernal interview questions

The process was great. 3 rounds (recruiter, hiring manager, panel including hiring manager, teammates, and cross functional leader). Recruiter was very communicative, honest, and helped me understand the process. The hiring manager and team were interested in my experience and were honest about the the day-to-day dynamic at the company

I had initial HR screening call with someone on the HR team, which was less than 30 minutes and very pleasant and open to discuss real topics. I then had in-person interview with the hiring manager.
