What was supposed to be a technical interview felt more like a casual discussion, with no clear structure or evaluation. While the conversation itself went smoothly from my end, there was no indication during or after the interview that anything was lacking. Despite that, I received a generic rejection email days later, without any feedback or context—even after following up multiple times. The lack of transparency and communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the process didn’t feel right. It gave the impression that decisions may have been made behind the scenes regardless of the interview. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about pursuing opportunities here or recommending others to do so.
