I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Surescripts (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone interview was straight forward and seemed fine. Met with a manager next which was a bit more unusual experience as it was at a bar in the lobby of the building but wasn’t bad and made me more intrigued for the position however was mentioned not sure what position they were going to use me in. Got called for a 3 hour interview however when asking what to expect for a 3 hour interview was met with resistance to the inquiry and was told day of interview that they were going in a different direction. HR was apologetic for responding last minute.

Question 1
Was asked about my current job specifically in my monitoring set up experience around a specific product they passed on then was casual conversation.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. We went through the typical back-and-forth to set up a meeting with a hiring manager and a tech lead. Within the first 5 minutes of the interview, it was clear they had come to a conclusion on me, and it seemed based entirely on my resume rather than anything I said. They very obviously IMed each other during the process, asked maybe 5 questions total, and did not ask any clarifying questions about any of my answers. This was one of the most poorly conducted interviews I've been a part of on either side of the table.
