      I interviewed at Surge Staffing

      Interview

Process consisted of three interviews which were rushed through 2 days. Interviews with the hiring manager consisted mostly of them complaining about the state of the office that I applied for, its employees, and stating how I would have to deal with that disrepair. Was told in no uncertain terms that I would be receiving an offer by Monday of the week after my interview to start on Wednesday, which was repeated in the final interview by another manager. Monday came and went, so I reached out to both managers I spoke to. My emails went ignored, so on Wednesday I reached out to the recruiter I spoke to in the first interview, who said she would reach out to the hiring manager, then sent a generic rejection SMS. I have never dealt with a more disorganized, unprofessional company, and their glassdoor reviews reflect this. Avoid at all costs.
