    Interview

    This was an excel test followed by an interview. The difficulty is this is a score based interview. Having interviewed people for this company, you have a column of bullet point 'answers' to each question giving some key words and phrases that you want to hear. You then score the person from 0-3 on each question. So no personality basis is involved. As long as you know the phrases they are looking for, you'll be fine but that is the difficulty

    Communication throughout the process was very good. It was clear what was going to be included in the interview as it was indicated in prior contact with the company what i would need to know. Very friendly and relaxed interview panel and overall a pleasurable process as far as interviews are concerned.
