Survey & Ballot Systems interview questions

Easy enough questions but it felt like the questions were to figure out how old I was. I left there feeling as though I should have lied about remembering old software. It truly felt like they just wanted my age and how long I intended to work there without directly asking it. Nice enough people and they were very proud of their company.
