Interview
Took about a week and half. I came in, met the manager and asked for an application, came in the next day and had an interview, then came in the following day for a second interview with a different manager. I followed up the second interview with an e-mail explaining to them why I would be a great fit for SZ, and why I really needed this summer job. I got an immediate response, and I was hired. I came in to fill out the paper work, and started shortly after.

Why do you want to work at SZ? Why should we hire you? Do you like Sushi? Tell me about yourself? Why do you want a summer job? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer, and how did you do it?

The interview was in person, and very casual. Asked standard questions and asked about any prior experience I had before applying and the interviewer wanted to get an idea of who I was.
