Met with the director and the clinical supervisors first. Spoke about examples of teamwork, leadership and conflict resolution in my previous professional experiences. Learned about the unit and its business each year along with the provider structure. Toured the unit while learning these facts. Then had a second interview with about 5-6 staff nurses. They asked about my leadership style, experiences and goals for the unit.
