Swan.io interview questions

I was involved in the recruitment process for a freelance Talent Acquisition role. The process was quick, with relevant and useful information provided at each stage. The business case stage was crucial in learning about the culture and way of working. I accepted the offer and am excited to see how the first month goes.

Le process d’entretien chez Swan avait 5 étapes mais n’a pourtant pas traîné en longueur: À chaque étape, la talent acquisition manager Leona revenait dans les 24h/48h pour m’informer de là où en était ma candidature après chaque entretien. Elle faisait un feed-back très détaillé avec les éléments positifs ou négatifs décelés. Sa communication claire et constante mette tout de suite en confiance et donne envie de devenir un « Swanie ».
