Swell Athletic Club interview questions

Process was pretty easy. Basically just walked in with my resume and asked to talk to fitness director. Met with both fitness director and GM and was hired on the spot. They are looking to increase sales so make sure you highlight that on your resume. If you are going to walk in for an interview take into account that from 6-10 am and 4-7 pm the club is swamped with members so managers probably won't be able to meet with you. I would shoot to walk in around 11am or 3 pm to make sure you have a good chance at caching one of them.
