Submitted cv. Called for interview. Panel of 4. Up against existing employee. Questions - What do you know about the company type questions, asked about different 'groups' in clubs (there was no context given to this so came across as internal q.) - feedback - they were looking for role descriptions and communication techniques.
Did not ask about work on Governance and Club development specifically. Feedback - I didn't explain that I had worked as regional Company Secretary, despite my cv saying this.
