I had on call screening call with one of the managers and was then called onsite for a 1:1 interview with the same manager. This was followed by a take-home design test. They liked my test submission and I was called for a 2 hours onsite second interview where I met several PMs and Founder. Two weeks after the process I was told that the position I applied for has been discarded altogether. The whole process took around three weeks. I understand fast-evolving work environment but such management decisions cannot be efficient for the employers and definitely a waste of time for the applicant.
