      Devops Engineer Interview

      May 24, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sync.com

      Interview

The interview process was quite underwhelming. It lacked depth and technical engagement, which was disappointing for a role that seemed to require a solid engineering background. Most of the discussion revolved around very generic topics and high-level processes, with little to no focus on actual technical challenges, problem-solving, or system design. It felt more like a surface-level conversation rather than a meaningful evaluation of skills or experience. Overall, the interview didn’t offer much insight into the engineering culture or the kind of technical work expected in the role.
