Experience type questions ie name a time where you have demonstrated team work. Had a conversation with the manager before and was generally quite friendly. The overall interview process is quite simple and was just a collection of what time are you free addition to the experience based questions and competency based question

I was guided to a backroom and then asked a few questions for about 20 minutes, it was standard interview questions with no curveballs. The interviewer was very friendly and was filling out a sheet with my answers.

Describe a time you got through a difficult situation.
Greeted politely, sat in staffroom waited to go into the interview, with staff workers coming in and out, questions were generally and asked what I would do in certain situations.
