Interview
Process started with a phone screen/ interview. Had a few video interviews with various team members before conducting a case study. Afterwards flew to meet the team in market and met further in depth with the company. Offer came a week or so after that. Overall interview process was about 4 months and while a little slow, the entire process was managed well by the hiring manager and information flowed back and forth on where in the hiring process the company was.

Interview
Saw the job posting on T3's website, and after submitting my job application I heard back from the company within 2 weeks. My first interview was in person, followed by video interviews with other employees. The interview process was overall a really positive experience.
This interview process was extremely thorough and transparent. The people at T3 were excellent to work with, and understood how big of a decision this was for me. Thank you.
