Interview
First I had a phone interview and was then given an in-person interview with the CEO and they had me come in for one last time for an overview of the position and what to expect. Very unprofessional. I was told I was the perfect fit for the role and never was told if I got the position or not. I was also trying to stall because I had another job offer and I was told I would hear something EOD. Never heard from them. I finally just accepted the other position and emailed the interviewer and to this day never received an email back. I was told I would hear back in a certain time period and wouldn't hear back from them. My candidate experience was very disappointing. I would've appreciated an update on the interview process from the interviewer but I constantly had to reach out to see what was going on.
I hope for their future interviews the process doesn't take 2 months and waiting on an answer about the job.

Interview
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It started with a phone interview, then was invited to meet the CEO of the company, then had to come back to meet with the women you gave me the phone interview for a brief presentation . In which she was basically describing how I was a perfect fit and would be hearing back by the next day. I never heard back so I reached out and she said shes still waiting on management and would get back to me by the end of the week I never heard back and I tried one last time to reach out and no response. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous!
