TAG Energy interview questions

There are 3 interviews on 3 days. The first interview is very short and just a simple conversation with the hiring manager. The second interview is very long which lasts more than 7 hours. On that day, you have to attend the company's general meeting and work with the supervisor for the whole day. The third interview is you will have an interview with the boss.

Walking into the office you are met by a receptionist and asked to fill out an application in the lobby with other candidates for the sales positions all sitting in very uncomfortable furniture. I arrived early and parked close to the office entrance. After parking I observed the comings and goings of many other young professionals scheduled for interviews, indicating to me that Tag places a lot of focus on the recruiting process. Tag is a primarily made up of young professionals using a blitz style sales tactic to create new business, inevitably leading to high turn over of new hires supporting Tag's emphasis and focus on recruiting.
