Back in May, 2011 I had an interview with TGS team. First part was phone interview with HR representative, mainly behavioral questions. Second part was with several senior managers (I believe there were 4 representatives) from Imaging Department. Both parts lasted around 30-45 minutes same day. I got an offer within 1-2 weeks by email after my interview.
