I applied online (you can, as of this time, also apply in person still), went back the following week for a follow-up dressed as a professional, got a follow-up form, filled that out, got called back for an interview and had the interview. Be respectful, kind, thoughtful and present yourself as hard-working (and actually be), and you'll do fine. Wish more jobs were like this.
