The interview process was pretty standard, though there were delays throughout. Overall the whole process took around 2 weeks and had a few stages with regular touchpoints after each stage.

Following email correspondence there was an initial phone call that was followed by an in person with management at their Manchester Airport base.

I did a presentation describing three improvements that I would make to the platform ( I was briefed on the task a week beforehand). This was then followed by an interview with individual team members.
