Interview
A standard interview process consisting of a telephone interview as well as a face to face interview. Standard questions were asked trying to understand the applicant and as well as real life scenarios The hiring manager was responsible for the first two phases of the interview process and the previous owner was part of the final phase and was responsible for signing off.
