TMG Concepts interview questions

Interview starting with filling out paperwork on my leadership traits and why I wanted the job and then progressed to a typical question and answer interview. The job posting was misleading as it described a management position that required drafting skills and implied managing other people. In reality the job is a basic sales position that requires travel to box stores to sell products for their customers.
