      I applied in person. The process took 2 days. I waited for about an hour and a half for my online exam and typing test. Then waited again for 2-3 hours for initial interview (Panel) , then after giving the result the Interviewer told us to comeback the next day at exactly 1pm for the final interview. So the next day, I arrived before the given time, but again, I waited until 3pm before my name was called for a final interview. After that the interviewer told me that the position that I'm applying for (CSR) is isnt available anymore, and I have no choice but to be a Technical Support Representative. He gave me a manual and told me to familiarize myself to it until 5pm. Then we do a Mock call, but sad to say I failed it. Im just so sad because after that Mock call I should be having J.O already. I also invest too much time. The management is good, but the process was so long. - Basic interview questions (initial) - More on situational/you will be given a scenario (final) P.S- I'm a newbie :3

      I had to do a test for the first part of the interview and then met with a lady from HR. Then i had a group interview for the second part, about 12 people. we went around answering questions. mostly about dealing with customer service and step to ensuring good customer service.
