Everything is very standard and all interviewers are personable. Nobody tries to mess with you or stress test throughout then process. The trickiest part is in during the final round, a more technical interview with market sizing, brainteaser type questions, including identifying 3 companies by industry based on balance sheets. Everything else is behavioral.
